Teresa Marcos Miralles

Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil and Commercial Mediation

Member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1996. She holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1996), a Master's in Legal Practice from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (1997), and a qualification in Civil, Commercial and Family Mediation from the International Mediation School (Mainfor, 2020). With over 25 years of professional practice, she has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in complex criminal proceedings, covering criminal advice and defense — both for the defense and the prosecution — as well as the defense of fundamental rights before the Constitutional Court. Her practice also includes representing procedural and pre-procedural interests in civil law, particularly family law, an area in which she has helped shape case law at the Supreme Court.

Miguel Becerro Fernández

Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Economic Criminal Law

Practising lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association. A Law graduate from Universidad de Salamanca, he has 20 years of professional experience advising national and international companies as well as private individuals. He has served as Board Secretary and Board Member of Spanish and multinational companies. Specialties: Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Economic Criminal Law.

Yulia Gretchina

Real Estate Law, Renewable Energy, and Immigration Law

Practising lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association. A graduate in Law and International Relations from Universidad Europea de Madrid, where she also completed the University Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession. She provides advice in Spanish, English, French and Russian on real estate law, renewable energy, and immigration in Madrid, Barcelona, the Costa del Sol, and the Costa Blanca
